Special Merit Award (not open for public entry)

The judging panel may nominate a person for a Special Merit Award. The recipient of such an award will have made a significant and noteworthy contribution to the law that deserves to be celebrated. The achievements of such a recipient celebrated by the Special Merit Award are not easily categorised under an existing award designation.
