The Aviation Leasing Lawyer/Legal Team of the Year honours a law firm, in-house team or lawyer who has demonstrated excellence in the provision of legal services in the context of the aviation leasing law during recent times and, in particular, since June 2022.
The criterion set out in the foregoing paragraph should be reflected in submissions and such submissions should also refer to the following:
- Significance of an achievement or achievements relevant to the category;
- Quality of legal services offered and legal expertise relevant to the category;
- Evidence of result-focused professionalism demonstrating the necessity of providing legal but practical solutions expressed with great clarity in relation to the issues presented.
