Entry for this award is open to International Law firms that are not headquartered in Ireland but which have substantial operations in Ireland.

The criterion set out in the foregoing paragraph should be reflected in the submission and should also refer to the following:

• Legal expertise and innovation

• Strategic vision

• Client care (including measures relating to efficiency and cost effectiveness of service delivery)

• Employee development
