The Lifetime Achievement Award will recognise and honour an individual lawyer’s outstanding contribution to the law in Ireland over a significant period of time. The nominee should have an exemplary reputation in the legal profession and have significant accomplishments in the law to his or her credit.

Members of the legal community – judges, barristers, solicitors, legal executives and members of the legal academy are invited to submit a nomination.

The criterion set out in the foregoing paragraph should be reflected in submissions and such submissions should also refer to the following:

·         Why the nominee deserves to be recognised

·         Why they are an inspiration and why they will have made a long lasting impact on the legal community

·         Example(s) of significant achievement(s) over many years
